Mike Chrysanthou
Mike has been training in Boxing, Kickboxing and Freestyle martial arts for over 15 years. He’s a passionate martial artist who enjoys all aspects of martial arts coaching and assists in fight preparation for any of our competitive fighters.
Mike is an accredited exercise physiologist & personal trainer. As an exercise physiologist, he specialises in exercise rehabilitation and on treating musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions with exercise.
Mike enjoys helping chronically ill, kids on the autism spectrum and healthy population in order to help them with their health and wellbeing.
Mike developed a program called Sensory-Martial Arts to cater for kids and adults on the autism spectrum and other neurological conditions. Covered through NDIS, this program has been developed to improve coordination, postural control, strength, mobility, agility and balance for people on the spectrum.
Mike is also a course presenter with our parent company Australian Combat & Exercise. Presenting courses for personal trainers and exercise physiologists around the country.
Mike won the club champion award of ACE Martial Artist of the year in 2009
