Zein Saliba
Zein is our resident grappling expert and is a Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has been training in Martial Arts for over 10 years.
While studying Certificate III and IV in fitness, Zein was introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After 1.5 years of BJJ training and minimal striking experience, Zein competed in his first MMA fight in which he won by TKO in the first 2 min.
Continuing that success he started studying in other styles including Kickboxing, Boxing, Karate, Judo and Wrestling. Zein was a NSW State champion in Freestyle wrestling, a former Australian AFC MMA champion and represented Australia in the well-known UFC MMA Reality TV series ‘The Ultimate Fighter’
