Boxing is considered the ‘sweet science’ and takes many years of practice to become proficient. Boxing is also one of the most popular training modalities in health & fitness and has lots of research proving it’s health benefits.
Our boxing classes incorporate all punching angles, footwork, reaction drills, and high intensity fitness.
The sessions can include pad work, kick shields, bag work including a number of other exercises to help you develop your skill level & improve your fitness.
All levels of fitness and experience are welcome.

- The correct base and stance
- All western boxing punches and angles
- All boxing defences, footwork, movement, blocking, feinting
- Sparring for graded and the more experienced (optional)
- How to hold boxing mitts and pads safely
