Our boxing classes incorporate all punching angles, footwork, reaction drills, and high intensity fitness.

The sessions can include pad work, kick shields, bag work including a number of other exercises to help you develop your skill level & improve your fitness.

All levels of fitness and experience are welcome.

What you’ll learn:

  • The correct base and stance
  • All western boxing punches and angles
  • All boxing defences, footwork, movement, blocking, feinting
  • Sparring for graded and the more experienced (optional)
  • How to hold boxing mitts and pads safely
