The class focuses on essential concepts like Avoidance and Awareness, helping you stay vigilant and prepared in various scenarios. Held once a week for all levels, this program allows you to continuously build your skills.
In addition to covering a broad range of techniques such as striking, blocking, grappling, and takedowns, the class strongly emphasises stick fighting and defence.
This session is run every Wednesday at 7pm with Coach Shannon Salevski.
