Freestyle Grappling
Freestyle grappling is a mix of powerful grappling systems that are commonly used in today’s popular Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Based predominantly on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Freestyle Grappling is influenced by grappling and wrestling systems from around the world.

The class is developed and run by Zein Saliba who is a black belt in BJJ, a NSW State champion in Freestyle wrestling, a former Australian AFC MMA Champion and represented Australia in the well-known UFC MMA Reality TV series ‘The Ultimate Fighter’. Click here to learn more about coach Zein Saliba.
